Subject: NYSSBA Convention Call for Proposals--This is your opportunity!

Greetings COLSBA members.  This is the time of year NYSSBA is actively seeking proposals for educational seminars at our 89th Annual Convention & Trade Show in NYC.  The deadline for submissions is Wednesday, February 29th.  This year all proposals must be submitted online via our website, www.nyssba.org.  COLSBA may wish to submit their own proposal(s) or perhaps you know of some unique programs within the districts you serve.   I would encourage you to reach out to your members to remind them that proposals are currently being accepted. Guidelines for proposals along with topic ideas can be found on our website.  This is your Convention as well as your opportunity to be part of it.  The educational seminars are a key component to our board members' growth and professional development.  As always creati ve  and cutting edge proposals are encouraged.  This year's Convention is October 16-19.  Kindly get the word out and we look forward to receiving additional proposals.  As always, thank you for your continued support and cooperation.
